negotiate with prophet (PBUH), a truce. Prophet (PBUH) considers him as a good

If anyone from Quraish joins Prophet (PBUH) without
permission from his guardian he shall be returned to Quraish.

If anyone from the camp Muhammad joins Quraish he will
not required to be returned.

Both sides agreed to harbor good intentions for each
other.
v.
No theft and treachery shall be condoned.
vi.
Anyone can be aligns of Muhammad (PBUH) and Quraish
according to his wish.

Muhammad (PBUH) shall return to Makah that year
and next year Makah will be evacuated for him so he could enter with his
followers to stay for 3 days only and without armature
